THANK YOU to everyone who joined us in the Post Comp Recap call on Tuesday evening! We appreciate your time, and will be sure to switch up the order of things in each call to provide equity for those that waited longer than others to get to their team feedback.
Big wins of the weekend from Director perspective:
Parents helping parents! You messaged each other, shared supplies with one another, even brought other peoples' children with you throughout the day or weekend! It really takes a village, and we are grateful for ours!
Dancers helping dancers! That dressing room was SMOOTH! Kids helped each other so effortlessly and with positivity. They encouraged each other and supported one another. Special shout out to Juniors for helping those Tinies getting on and off stage!
Coaches helping coaches! With the dual performance floors, we were literally running at times. A big thanks to Tasha for the extreme color coding coordination of the weekend's itinerary!

I could go on and on about what makes us ONE-OF-ONE, but I will conclude with GRATITUDE for each of you, for making these special moments for our dancers as they leave that stage with PRIDE, PRIDE, PRIDE!

360 Booster Club
Our 360 All Star Booster Club is a parent-run organization dedicated to supporting dancers through fundraising and community engagement.

Announcements
March 1st: Adjusted rehearsal and Jill Christine Photos
We are excited for our Jill Christine Photography shooting our All Star team and individual in costume photographs on Sunday, March 1st. Please see the adjusted schedule to accommodate Studio C for photos and the Jefferson performance.
 • Soloists- Pictures are optional. We will allow the three listed dancers to take photos first, so as to return to Flex & Conditioning.
 • For those groups with photos after rehearsals, consider setting hair and makeup prior to class times to make for a quick transition into costumes.
 • Dancers are set to arrive at Jefferson at 3:15 pm for a 4 pm show start. Please plan ahead with packed/prepared food eaten on the way so staff can quickly leave the studio to head over to the performance.

360 Worlds Team is a team of elite dancers ages 13+ that compete in Pom and Jazz at the USASF Dance Worlds on April 24 - 27, 2026 in Orlando, Florida.  A Worlds Dance Team is perfect for dancers looking to compete at a high level in their off season from high school/college or for dancers that are looking to train at the highest All Stars Level. All Star dance is  a great alternative for elite dancers that don't have a school team to compete on or if their high school does not attend a nationals!

Discover Dance 1 is a 45 minute movement class designed for young dancers aged 3 to 4 years old, especially those who have recently completed the Discover Tots class. Our experienced instructors will teach body awareness, space, timing, level, energy and more of the fundamental concepts of dance within a 45-minute class. Your little ones will explore the joys of movement while developing their physical and cognitive skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. Question 20

What does the season look like?

The season is tailored for dancers to train after high school and college dance team seasons or for dancers that want to train in technique and dance at the highest All Star Dance Level. Choreography is taught in the summer based on team and choreographer availability.  The team begins Sunday late afternoon/evening rehearsals on September 7th. Team members will have a 45 minute skills class to work on skills in the routine and a 2 hour rehearsal to work on routines. Holiday breaks and training breaks for HS/College National Prep will be honored in January.

Additional Friday/Saturday rehearsals will be added late February - April (after HS and College Nationals) to prepare for Worlds at the end of April.

Season ends after the Worlds Competition in April.

Junior Ballet dancers work at an advanced level that may include pointe work. Dancers in this level focus on mastering a high level of ballet terminology, barre exercises and center floor work. Dancers will participate in the ballet production for both recital shows the first weekend of June.

Youth National Variety – Alien Routine Hairpiece
 • Hairpiece combs (2 per dancer) are ready

As we prepare for Dance Fest, please review the following key details to help the weekend run smoothly:
 • Timing: All times provided are based on the initial competition schedule and may shift slightly. Any updates will be shared in the Parent BAND app. The performance time listed is the time families should plan around.
 • Warm-Up Time: The listed warm-up time is 30 minutes prior to our official warm-up check-in. This is a standardized time set by the competition and may be led by any Studio 360 staff member depending on schedule flow.
 • Dressing Room Time: This is the latest time dancers must be in the designated dressing room. Once checked in, dancers may not leave without coach permission.
 • Breaks Between Times: If there is downtime between dressing room arrival and warm-up, dancers may eat, watch performances, or take photos outside the dressing room, but must return on time for their scheduled dressing room time.
 • Post-Awards Team Meeting (New): After awards, all teams will go directly to the dressing room for a brief team meeting with their coach or Tasha. This allows time to review judges’ feedback, celebrate wins, and reflect together before dancers are released to families for photos.

When Studio 360 teams are performing, even if your dancer is not required at that moment, families and dancers are highly encouraged to show their support and cheer on other 360 All Stars. If two teams perform in close succession, please be especially mindful of being present in both areas to support. This may mean "dividing and conquering" with the sea of 360 purple in the cheering section, arriving earlier or staying later than your individual team’s schedule. We truly appreciate everyone’s collective effort to ensure every team feels equally supported.

⚠️ Some teams will need to arrive early in the day to accommodate photography and studio space. This may disrupt AM church attendance for some families. We understand this is not ideal and appreciate your flexibility as these disruptions are rare, and we make every effort to limit them.

Payment Policy Reminder (Effective January 1)
 • Automatic payments process on the 1st of each month
 • Declined payments must be resolved within 24 hours
 • Balances unpaid by the 5th incur a $35 late fee
 • Accounts 30 days past due result in a stop of services
 • Private lessons are not permitted with an outstanding balance

Attendance Expectations – Competition Season
As we enter peak season, attendance is critical.
 • 98% attendance rule remains in effect
 • No unexcused absences within 10 days of a competition
 • Excused absences include illness, funerals, and school-required events
All absences must be submitted via the Absence Form in the Parent Portal whenever possible. Absences not submitted appear as unexcused and may impact eligibility.

Dancers on the Intro to All Stars team will take one ballet class, one skills class, and one leveled acro class each week. They will also have one weekly team rehearsal to learn and practice their routine together. Between rehearsals, dancers are required to practice at home as well.

Class Guidelines: 
Senior Ballet dancers work at an advanced level that may include pointe work. Dancers in this level focus on mastering a high level of ballet terminology, barre exercises and center floor work. A portion of the class is dedicated to dancing en pointe, which allows students to gain the strength and technique needed to execute the most challenging moves in ballet. Dancers will participate in the ballet production for both recital shows the first weekend of June.

 • Birth Years 2006 - 2009
 • Highly recommended dancers take three times a week ballet courses to maintain growth and development at pace with other dancers of similar age.

Can I record my child's class?

Accepted Answer

No. This is an essential rule to follow. For dancers' safety, the app will suspend your usage automatically and notify the 360 office and Spot TV administration of the violation if a screen recording or screenshot is taken of a class.

Upon investigation, we will reinstate a family member once, and if deemed a mistake, reinstate the feature for the member. A second offense will permanently suspend your Spot TV account for the remainder of the semester. If reinstated and the violation occurs again, the family member will be suspended from using the feature permanently. This is for privacy and safety; all 360 Spot TV members follow the guidelines.

Thank you so much for an outstanding Fall semester! Here are some important reminders as we move into our final rehearsal of 2025 and full steam ahead into Prairie Showcase and competition season in 2026. Please take a few minutes to read carefully, as attendance expectations and event details become especially important during this time.
Attendance Reminders & Code of Conduct Expectations
We kindly remind families that all absences must be submitted using the Absence Form in the parent portal prior to the absence whenever possible. This allows us to accurately track excused absences, including:
 • Illness
 • Funerals
 • School-required events (choir or band concerts, etc.)
When an absence form is not submitted, the absence appears as unexcused, which can create confusion when attendance reports are pulled. Thank you to for consistent communication, and actively arranging makeups to maintain the 98% attendance policy. We truly appreciate your continued commitment to attendance.
Code of Conduct Attendance Expectations
 • 98% Attendance Rule remains in effect for all All Star dancers
 • 10-Day Rule: No unexcused absences are permitted within 10 days of a competition
These policies are vital to team readiness and success, and it is essential that all families understand and adhere to these expectations as we head into peak season.
Mini Nationals: Caitlin Clark Updates
Please plan for the following at your Sunday, December 28th performance:
 • Clear bags only. Backpacks or non-clear bags are not permitted.
 • Empty water bottles are allowed. There are water filling stations for the dancers.
 • Dancers should arrive in warm-ups and will have a dedicated warm up space to place their limited belongings.

Prairie Showcase & Rehearsal Updates
THIS SUNDAY: December 21st
 • Full Dress rehearsal for Intermediate and Regional teams
    • If costumes are not completed, please have your dancer in costume and remember not to apply any glue 24 hours before wear. See below for additional rhinestoning details.

• Regular rehearsal for Juniors & Nationals teams
 • Dancers should have full costume, hair, and makeup
 • Flex/conditioning will take place first in their first costume. Coaches will have dancers change costumes between rehearsals as needed.

 • Tights are ready for pick-up on the silver shelf by Amy’s desk for those that have not yet received
 • Youth Intermediate: Heart hair clips will be completed over winter break
 • Youth National Variety: Antennae hair combs will be completed over winter break and distributed Jan 4 at rehearsals (we are waiting on one final element to arrive via delivery)

*We understand some dancers have later rehearsals. Please plan ahead with packed food during travel and consider performance ready hair/makeup prior to rehearsals so as only needing touch-ups and we will be thoughtful of where we put these dancers in our warm-up line up to accommodate.
What to expect for dancers:
 • Arrive at the Concert Hall doors (where you enter for recital)
 • Head down the hallway to your left to Old Gym
 • Place garment bags and backpacks neatly in an area by teammates in the hallway outside the gym
 • Short warm up and Short team time to run through formations

March 1st: Jefferson Showcase + Jill Christine Photos
We are excited to announce that Jill Christine Photography will be shooting our All Star team and individual in costume photographs on Sunday, March 1st. We will have an adjusted schedule that day anyhow, so stay tuned for times.
 • Team and individual photos will be taken in full costume
 • This will eliminate the need for additional photos during in-studio dress rehearsal week
 • One less thing for dancers and families to manage later during busy recital season!!

A detailed photography schedule will be sent closer to the event. While we will do our best to accommodate morning church attendance, this may not be feasible for all dancers in order to ensure photos are completed on time and the team arrives punctually for the performance.

During Intro to All Star choreography, parents are welcome to come to the studio for continued rhinestoning work as staff will be there and the studio will be open: Monday, December 29th 5-7:30 and Tuesday, December 30th 5-7:30.
If there are additional dates/times that staff will be present, we will reach out in the All Stars Band and welcome you in! The goal is Prairie showcase ready, but please know additional time will be accommodated in the week leading up to Dance Fest.

What competitions does 360 Worlds Attend?

The team will compete and 2 - 3 regional USASF competitions to earn a bid for each routine. These competitions are 1 day and are within a 3 hour drive. Routines receive an At Large, Partial Paid, or Paid Bid depending on how they score at the regional level.

Worlds is held in Orlando, Florida. The team will travel and stay together during worlds to offset the cost and bond with their teammates and have an unforgettable time!
